Do I need an account?
No account is required, we would take payment via a credit or debit card or bank transfer
Where do you deliver to?
We have depots strategically placed across the UK that enable us to offer cost effective Nationwide delivery.
When can you deliver?
We can deliver next day or when you require.
Does the hire include servicing?
Absolutely. Your free weekly service inlcudes a clean by our highly trainined service operators, together with replenishment of consumables including soap and toilet rolls.
How far away can the toilets be placed?
They can be placed up to 3m from vehicle access.
What happens if I need it shorter or longer than 4 weeks?
The minimum hire period is 4 weeks, however, if you would require it for a shorter period, we can collect sooner, but the hire rate would still be 4 weeks. If you required it longer, we would invoice in 4 weekly frequencies and refund the difference once the toilet has been collected.
Do you supply toilet paper, hand towels and soap?
Yes we do. Each unit is supplied stocked with toilet paper, hand towels, hand wash or hand sanitiser depending on the units hired. We can also provide additional stock at a small cost.
What happens to the toilet waste?
We are a licenced waste carrier and follow HSE regulations and procedures. The waste from toilets is disposed of at a local sewage works, there is one in almost every town!
Do the toilets have lights?
Single plastic loos have translucent roofs which give good daylight illumination.
Can I still hire during the COVID-19 pandemic?
Yes you can, and it’s now more important than ever to provide your staff and visitors with adequate sanitation and hand cleansing facilities. We follow an extensive health and safety policy, during installation, removal and servicing/maintenance of our toilet units. All staff are NSQ trained to ensure that both themselves and those around them are safe at all times.
Do I need to have my own insurance in case of damage or vandalism?
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure adequate insurance is taken out covering all facilities from the point of delivery to collection. We do offer a damage waiver which is 10% off the total hire cost – a small price to pay for peace of mind.
